The Motor City Sisters made an appearance at Drag Queen Story Hour at Affirmations in Detroit and read a few books to the children who attended. Everyone enjoyed themselves, and the Sisters were invited to come back and read more stories in the future.

On Easter Sunday of 2019 the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence celebrated 40 years of service to the community. To celebrate this, members of the organization from around the world came together in San Francisco for a weekend long celebration of family, fellowship, and remembrance.
